I can sense things might be a little fragile at the moment so I want to help piece your love bubble back together, re-build your confidence as parents, and restore harmony within your home an extra hours sleep at a time.
My approach to infant sleep is family centered, meaning I work towards sleep solutions that align with your family goals, parenting styles and family dynamics. We work together to create a unique plan for your little one that is responsive to all their needs, takes into account development factors, medical history, nutrition, temperament, sensory preferences and their little social bubble. It’s all about your little ones world. A truly child centred and holistic approach .. I’m a little nosey really.
I want to nurture your parenting experience by helping you understand the biological normalities surrounding not only infant sleep, but what influences it too so you’re not so quick to self judge.

NEWBORNS 0-3 MONTHS
Are you struggling to find your groove with all the confusing advice? Are things feeling messy and exhausting? My 1:1 guidance will ensure you're empowered, understood, reassured and supported during your fourth trimester.
We discuss normalities surrounding the unpredictability of newborns, biological functions of sleep, attachment, safe sleep, newborn sleep cues, tuning into your “gut feeling” and how to set up some great little sleep foundations and find some rhythm.

INFANTS 4-12 MONTHS
Are you fed up with googling advice and it doesn’t seem to be working? That’s because no child is the same, and neither is their sleep! My 1:1 guidance means I am with you every step of the way to help discover their uniqueness.
I know you’re tired, and i’m here for you. This will be honest support, with tangible strategies that are developmentally appropriate for your little one. With gentle changes in a challenging season, you will never have to compromise on your parental intuition.

TODDLER 1-4 YEARS
Toddler sleep is oh so tricky! If you're struggling to figure out why sleep still feels so rocky, you want to regain your confidence and your current situation seems unmanageable then my 1:1 guidance is for you.
We can make big changes that align with your family goals and are responsive to your toddlers unique needs. We de-code and analyse your toddlers little world and make positive changes to restore harmony and sleep within your home.
